Rules and Regulations for Pavilion Use

1. To schedule use of the pavilion please call the church office at 286-7036. Use is based on availability.

1. The pavilion is available to church members at no cost, but donations are appreciated.

2. Use by non-church members must be approved by 3 of the following 4 persons:

Member at Large Todd Wetzel 286-2894

 

3. The cost of renting the pavilion by non-church members is $75.00 for groups up to 50 people, and $100.00 for groups over 50 people.

4. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on church property.

5. Smoking is discouraged on church property.

6. If charcoal grills are used, hot coals must be disposed of in the container provided.

7. The play area is limited to the lower parking and field. Children must be supervised at all times.

8. The church building will be opened for the use of the downstairs restroom. No unauthorized persons are to be anywhere else in the building.

9. Make sure all lights and water faucets are off in the pavilion and church building before you leave.

10. Those using the pavilion are responsible for cleaning the area and removing any trash. No trash is to be burned.
